10.39 What can I do if I can't send or receive multimedia
messages?
1. Please first ensure that you can send and receive multimedia messages by inserting your
SIM card into another phone.
2. Please check whether you have disabled mobile data permissions for the Huawei
Contacts app:
Go to Settings > All > Networked apps (or Phone Manager > Data traffic
management > Networked apps, select System applications, and ensure that Huawei
Contacts is checked.
If unchecked, Huawei Contacts will not be able to use mobile data. This means you won't be
able to send or receive multimedia messages.
