Because the output of the PV string connected to the SUN2000 cannot be grounded,
ensure that the PV module output is insulated to ground.
The PV strings connecting to the same MPPT circuit should contain PV modules of the
same model and quantity.
During the installation of PV strings and the SUN2000, the positive or negative terminals
of PV strings may be short-circuited to ground if power cables are not properly installed or
routed. An AC or DC short circuit may occur and damage the device when the SUN2000
is operating. The caused device damage is not covered under any warranty.

It is recommended that the number of PV modules connected to PV1 and PV2 be the same, and that the
number of PV modules connected to PV3 and PV4 be the same.
Procedure
Step 1 Connect the DC input power cable.
Before inserting the positive and negative connectors into the positive and negative DC input
terminals of the SUN2000, check that the DC SWITCH is OFF.
