1.16 Does my phone support video calls or video chats?
Your phone does not support video calls. The phone comes with a front camera, and you can
install third-party applications for video chats.
1.17 Can I take a screenshot? If yes, how?
Method 1: When the screen is not locked, press the power and volume down buttons at the
same time for at least 2s to take a screenshot.
Method 2: Use the HiSuite software.
1.18 Does my phone support flash playback? If not, can I
install a third-party flash player for flash playback?
Your phone is not preinstalled with any flash players.
The downloaded third-party flash players cannot be used for flash playback, because Adobe
did not release any plug-ins for Android 4.2 and old plug-ins are not available on the Android
4.2 operating system.
1.19 What line order does the headset use?
The provided headset adopts the American line order, which is the mainstream line order in
the industry.
The headset comes with your phone has only one button for you to answer or end a call and
play or stop playing music. Your phone supports other headsets with volume up and volume
down keys. Using such headsets, you can also adjust the in-call volume and music volume.
