    How to fix HunterDouglas Designer Indoor Furnishing shade that does not roll up?

      If your HunterDouglas Indoor Furnishing shade doesn't roll up or rolls too slowly, make sure it's being raised straight without skewing the fabric against the cassette end plate or profile side holder. To adjust the spring tension: Locate the adjustable bracket or end cap. If the fabric is coming off the back, it will be the right side; if it's coming off the front, it will be the left side. Raise the shade completely and hold it. Push a 3/16" Allen wrench into the access hole in the end cap at least ½". Using ½ turn increments, rotate the Allen wrench counter-clockwise to add tension. Test and repeat as needed.
