Why is my HunterDouglas Applause shade not responding to the remote?

If your HunterDouglas Indoor Furnishing shade isn't responding to the PowerView™ remote, ensure the correct group number is selected. Remember, the shade won't operate until it's joined to a group. Also, verify that the batteries in the remote are correctly inserted and fresh. When you press the ? STOP button, the LEDs on the remote should light up brightly.
