8. Remove the 4 screws (Torx 27) that hold the switch
plate.
9. Remove the switch plate.
10. Install in opposite sequence.
CAUTION: Make sure that the arrows on the
switch cord are facing up and are centered
and that the cable is not twisted or pinched.
A faulty installed switch cord can be
activated incorrectly. The resistance of an
non-activated cable is 8.2kΩ.
Note: Make sure that the grommets seal properly
against moisture.
5.6 Cutting unit
5.6.1 To remove and install the blade disc
WARNING: Do not use a powertool when you
remove the screws. It can cause the blade disc
with the cutting blades to rotate. You must only
use hand tools.
1. Switch off the product.
2. Turn the product upside down.
3. Remove the 3 screws on the bearing cover.
4. Remove the bearing cover and the O-ring.
