Claims for defective merchandise – All units shipped from Hypertherm undergo quality control testing. However,
if your system does not function correctly:
1. Recheck all pre-installation and installation and post-installation requirements and connections in Section 3,
Installation.
2. If you are unable to solve the problem, call your distributor. They will be able to help you, or refer you to an
authorized Hypertherm repair facility.
3. If you need assistance, call Customer Service or Technical Service listed in the front of this manual.
