Error Message Error Code Description
MV4 ERR* 8 This error signal is issued when the MV4 motor valve does
not move when commanded. When this error occurs service
is required.
MV5 ERR* 9 This error signal is issued when the MV5 motor valve does
not move when commanded. When this error occurs service
is required.
MV6 ERR* 10 This error signal is issued when the MV6 motor valve does
not move when commanded. When this error occurs service
is required.
* Plasma system must be powered down and then restarted if any of the motor valve errors occur.
Automatic Gas Console Rear Panel (Figure 4-4)
The rear panel controls are as follows:
• CNC INTERFACE-REMOTE/LOCAL Toggle Switch
Selects either remote or local control of the HD3070 gas console. In REMOTE the gas console is under
complete control of the CNC machine controller. In LOCAL the gas flowrates are set manually on the front
panel.
