Use the controls
Operation panel
The operation panel turns the control circuit in the pump on and off and controls local and remote pump
operation.
CONTROLS ON
This turns on the control circuit in
the pump.
LOCAL/REMOTE
When the key switch is in the
LOCAL position, the operator
interface is used to operate the
pump.
When the key switch is in the
R
EMOTE position:
• The remote source, such as a
computer numerical control
(CNC) operator console,
controls the pump.
• Most of the functions on the
operator interface are not
available.
EMERGENCY STOP
The button turns off the control
circuit in the pump.
When this button is pushed:
• The control circuit turns off,
which turns off the pump, the
primary motor, and the
intensifier.
• The bleed-down valve opens
to release high-pressure
water from the system.
• The low-pressure water valve
opens to release
low-pressure water from the
system.
REMOTE ON
When the LOCAL/REMOTE key
switch is in the REMOTE position,
this indicator light is on.
