LIFT ASSEMBLIES
PROBLEM POSSIBLE CAUSE PROCEDURE OR ACTION
Forks fail to elevate. Oil in the hydraulic reservoir is low. Fill reservoir to correct level. Check
for leaks.
Faulty hydraulic equipment. See Lift Pump and Motor Assembly,
and Lift Cylinders below.
Broken pull rods. Disassemble and replace damaged
parts.
Deformed lifting components. Disassemble and replace damaged
parts.
Slow lifting speed and insuf-
ficient handling capacity.
