Display.
A bleeder
circuit
is
pro-
vided.
You must wait
at
least 10
seconds
after
power
is
tu
rned
off
for
the
voltages
to
reach a safe level
(less than
60V).

cover

removed
from
the
large
display
, ALWAYS
ensure
that
the
CRT
(Cathode
Ray Tube)
ground
spring
is
in
place
and
that
it
is
connected
to
the·
CRT
socket

Do
this
before
any
type
of
service
is
performed.
Use
the
CRT
Anode
Discharge
Procedure
whenver
continuity
checks
are
made,
and
during
removal/replacement
proce-
dures.
This
will
ensure
that
no
high
voltage
is
present.
