System Board Jumper Settings (for Model 240)

Jumper Description Settings
J29 Remote power-up Default: Remote power-up disabled.
To enable Remote power-up, place
jumper on the two leftmost pins.
J32 Privileged-Access Password Default: disabled.
To enable the writing or changing of
the privileged-access password, place
jumper on the two leftmost pins.
J12 SCSI Security Default: external SCSI enabled
To disable external SCSI connector,
move the jumpers to the two pins
farthest from the riser card.
J28 Power-On Password Default: power-on password enabled
(can be set).
To disable the power-on password (for
instance, if it has been forgotten), place
jumper on the two rightmost pins.
