D Sending a Test Acknowledgement
By default, when you receive a Test call, the Auto ACK function automatically sends an
Acknowledgement to the calling station (p. 36). If the function is set to “Manual,” do the
following steps to send an Acknowledgement.
1. After a Test call is being received, push
ALARM OFF
to
turn OFF the alarm.
2. Push
ACPT
.
• The received call’s information is displayed.
3. Push
ACK
.
• The “Test ACK” conrmation screen is displayed.
4. Push
CALL
to send the Acknowledgement.
• “Transmitting Test ACK” is displayed.
5. Push
STBY
, and then push
OK
to return to the
operating screen.
