☞ This item appears only when entering set mode from Dig-
ital modes.
Selects the transmission condition for the low-speed data op-
eration from PTT and AUTO.
• PTT : Transmits the entered text when [PTT] is
pushed. (default)
• AUTO : Transmits the entered text when the PC key-
board operation is performed.
(The transceiver has
500 msec. carrier sense operation before transmit.)

Digital repeater set (Digital RPT Set)
☞ This item appears only when entering set mode from Dig-
ital modes.
Selects the automatic repeater call sign setting capability dur-
ing digital repeater operation from ON and OFF.
• ON :
The call sign that is included in the down-link sig-
nal from the accessed repeater is set into “RPT1”
of the select call sign screen automatically, even
when accessing the repeater with a wrong call
sign setting. (default)
• OFF : The repeater call sign setting won’t be changed.
