Data given on plate:
- Name and address of the manufacturer.
- Equipment code.
- Technical data.
- DHHS compliance.
- Serial number.
- Month and year of manufacture.

Wireless handheld.
The nameplate for the handheld is found in the battery
compartment.
Data given on plate:
- Name of manufacturer.
- Name of equipment.
- Rated voltage.
- Number and type of batteries.
- Serial number.

Wired handheld.
The handheld control plate is located at the centre on the
back.
