1.13 ELECTRICAL
CONNECTION.
The electrical connection operations
must be performed aer having discon-
nected the power from the appliance.
The Super Trio pack has an IPX5D
protection rating. Electrical safety of
the appliance is reached only when it
is correctly connected to an ecient
earthing system as specied by current
safety standards.
Attention: the manufacturer declines
any responsibility for damage or phys-
ical injury caused by failure to connect
the Internal Unit to an ecient earth
system or failure to comply with IEC
reference standards.
Also ensure that the electrical system
corresponds to maximum absorbed
power specications as shown on the
Internal Unit data nameplate.
• Wiring connection.
Connect the wiring as described in
Par. 1.7 or 1.8.
• External unit electrical connection.
Make the connection as indicated in
the external unit instruction book.
• Internal unit electrical connection.
e power cable must be connected to
a 230V ±10% / 50Hz mains, respect-
ing L-N polarity and the earthing
connection
; this network must
have a multi-pole circuit breaker with
Class III overvoltage category. When
replacing the power supply cable,
contact a qualied company (e.g. the
Immergas Authorised After-Sales
Technical Assistance Service). For the
main power supply to the appliance,
never use adapters, multiple sockets
or extension leads.
• Important: it is mandatory to prepare
separate lines with dierent supply
voltage; it is essential to separate the
low voltage connections from the
230 V ones. All Internal Unit pipes
must never be used for earthing the
electrical or telephone system. Make
sure this does not happen before
making the Internal Unit electrical
connections.
• Manifold solar probe electrical con-
nection.
Connect the manifold solar probe (in
the kit) to the manifold and control
unit.
• Solar control unit electrical connec-
tion.
Connect the solar control unit to the
system as indicated in the relative
instructions manual.
