• Checkifthemagneticcardisswipedcorrectly(withmagneticstripeonterminal
side).
• Swipeagainthecardwiththemagneticstripemovementconstantandrapid
• Checkifthemagneticstripisnotdamaged,groovedorcracked
• Make sure you have inserted correctly the smart card into the smart card reader
andremovedthecardonlyafterthetransactionisperformed.
