Refund
Initiate a Refund on the
POS
Refund is accepted by
the acquirer
Insert / Swipe / Present
screen is shown
POS will print the
merchant receipt
Tear off and press the
button.
Ask the customer to
sign the receipt
Terminal will check the
card
Check the customer
signature and press the
button
Enter the supervisor
code and press the
button
POS will print the
customer receipt, tear
off and press the
button
