Enter the emergency electric RUN state
Set motor type: F1-25 = 1
Hold down the emergency drive UP/DOWN button during auto-tuning. After the motor
makes a sound for 5s, the brake is opened. The traction force rotates about two
circles. The controller automatically stops output. The auto-tuning is completed. At
this moment, release the emergency drive UP/DOWN button.
Set encoder parameters: F1-00 and
F1-12
Set motor parameters: F1-01 to F1-05
Check F0-01 = 1
F1-11 = 1
Hold down the emergency drive UP/
DOWN button and perform auto-tuning
X9 indicator on the MCB is OFF, indicating that the elevator enters the emergency
electric RUN state.
Set F1-25 to 1.
① Obtain the rated motor power, rated motor voltage, rated motor current, rated
motor frequency, and rated motor speed from the motor nameplate.
② Be sure that motor parameters are set correctly. Otherwise, faults will occur.
① Set F1-00 according to the actual encoder type.
0: SIN/COS encoder; 1: UVW Encoder; 2: ABZ Encoder; 3: Endat encoder
② Set F1-12 (Encoder pulses per revolution) according to the encoder
nameplate.
F0-01 must be set to 1 during with-load auto-tuning.
After setting F1-11 to 1, press ENTER. If the operation panel displays "TUNE", the
system enters the motor auto-tuning state.
If the operation panel displays "F1-12", the system fails to enter motor auto-tuning state.
You need to check:
① Whether the elevator is in inspection state.
② Whether the MCB displays faults to be rectified.
③ Whether F0-01 is set to 1.
Auto-tuning completed
① After auto-tuning is successful, the MCB displays the learnt encoder angle for 3s.
If auto-tuning fails, the MCB displays Err.
② Ensure that the value deviation of F1-06 is within ±5° through multiple times of
auto-tuning.
③ F1-08 is mostly set to 0 or 8. F1-08 remains unchanged through multiple times of
auto-tuning.
