How to fix Intellinet 525824 if the power LED is not lit?
    • S
      Sharon LewisAug 2, 2025
If the Power LED on your Intellinet Wireless Access Point isn't lighting up, ensure the power adapter is correctly plugged into the power connector, either on the PoE injector or the access point itself. When using a PoE injector, use an 8-pin network cable between it and the access point's LAN port; a 4-pin cable will not work. Also, verify the PoE injector's Power LED is on and that you've connected the port labeled “POE” to the WAN/LAN(POE) port on the access point. Finally, check that the power outlet is providing power.

Why is the WLAN LED not lit on my Intellinet Wireless Access Point?
    • C
      Christina SalasAug 14, 2025
If the WLAN LED on your Intellinet Wireless Access Point is off, it could mean that the wireless function has been disabled in the basic wireless settings. If enabling the wireless function doesn't solve the problem, and you still cannot connect to any wireless network, the access point may need to be replaced. If you have a working wireless connection despite the LED being off, the LED itself might be faulty.
