A Master User can edit existing user profiles and create
new ones. Master Users have access to some system
settings. In a multiple partition system, master codes
have access to all partitions. Heads of households,
trusted family members are typically Masters.
NOTE: any user of an AdvisorSync mobile
application must have a Master authority. If not
set, the user will not be able to control the panel
from the AdvisorSync Mobile app.
This setting allows a user permission to access and
control the AdvisorOne. An AdvisorOne (End User) can
edit his or her own profile. An End User has access to
fewer settings than a Master User. Friends or
employees are typically users. This setting is on by
default.
Select Duress to make the current user’s code the
Duress code. Every time a Duress code is entered, a
silent alarm is sent to the central station. For more
information, see Sending a Silent Duress Alarm.
