All accessories mentioned in the manual are designed especially for
use with this instrument. Only accessories supplied by Inventis
should be connected to the tympanometer.
REPAIRS AND TECHNICAL ASSISTANCE
Before contacting the service department, make certain that all the possible
solutions in the
Troubleshooting appendix have been tried.
Parts that are to be returned to the manufacturer must be cleaned and
sanitized, following the directions in this manual. Transducers must be
shipped in a closed and sealed transparent bag.
Should the instrument need to be sent to the service department or returned
to the dealer, it is important that the original packing be used, and that all
accessories and transducers are enclosed.
