12. Measure Output Current on Probe. Reduce to half speed and switch to Current on
Display.
13. Slowly increase load if possible to force drive to flash (flashing dots on
display) and trip out (over Current).
14. Reduce speed and load signals to 0 and open Dig Input 1 - press stop to clear OI trip.
15. Check thermistor value again in , it should increase in value due to the heat
difference.
16. Drive should read . Press ALL BUTTONS, display should show all 8’s. Let go of
the centre
NAVIGATE button whilst still holding UP, DOWN, START and STOP to reset drive (P-def),
press STOP once more to clear P-def from display. Display now shows STOP.
17. Power down unit and disconnect leads. Tighten all Power/Motor terminals.
18. Ensure all paperwork is correct with unit - clean and pack unit and arrange for return to
customer.
