Why does my iPECS eMG100 not operate?
    • M
      Mr. Curtis NelsonAug 4, 2025
Your iPECS Conference System might not be operating due to a power short circuit in some board(s). Check the connection of each board with the MBU. Also, check the System Clock and look for a short circuit on the MBU or other boards. Press the Reset button when the DIP switch (SW1 for database protection) is in the default position. Another cause can be bad board connection or system database not working.

      Lauren OwensAug 8, 2025
If your DKTU isn't working, it could be due to a bad extension circuit. Exchange the malfunctioning board for one in good working condition. Check the connection between the SLT line and DKT on MDF and fix any mismatching and repair any broken connection between the System and DKT. Also, check the distance between the MBU / Option boards and the DKT. Try plugging the DKT into another extension port that has been verified as working. If the DKT still does not work properly, replace the DKT.

How to fix noise on External MOH and Paging port in iPECS eMG100?
    • J
      Jon WeaverSep 12, 2025
Noise on the External MOH and Paging port of your iPECS Conference System can be due to induced noise on the wire between the System and the amplifier. Ensure a shielded cable is in use as the connection wire between the system and the amplifier. It can also be caused by an excessive input level from the external music source. Decrease the output level of the external music source by using the volume control on the music source.
