6.2.G STARTER KEY SWITCH __________________________________________
Turn the starter key (G) clockwise to the ‘Preheat' (No. 2)
position to increase the temperature of the glow plugs.
When the green warning lamp turns off, turn the starter
key clockwise to the 'start' (No. 3) position. When you
start the engine, release the key and allow to return to the
‘on’ (No. 1) position.
6.2.H THROTTLE CONTROL LEVER______________________________________
Move the lever (B) away from the operator to increase
the engine speed and toward the operator to decrease
the engine speed.
NOTE: Make sure that you always operate the engine at
full speed.
6.2.J ENGINE OVER TEMPERATURE WARNING LAMP AND TEST SWITCH ___
a) This switch illuminates when the engine
temperature reaches 105°C or when engine is
running and the switch is depressed.
b) When illuminated a continuous alarm will sound,
the cutter decks will stop. If this occurs, reduce the
engine speed to idle for five minutes before stopping
to resolve the problem.
