6.3 STEERING WHEEL RAKE ADJUSTMENT ______________________________
The steering wheel is adjustable for rake. The clamp
release knob (A) is found on the left of the control
console. To adjust, turn the clamp knob anticlockwise to
release the steering wheel. Move the steering wheel
backward or forward to get the correct setting. Turn the
clamp knob clockwise to lock the steering wheel in
position.
6.4 TRACTION FOOT PEDAL ___________________________________________
To move the machine forward press the front of the foot
pedal (A). To reverse the machine press the back end of
the foot pedal. When the pedal is released, the pedal
returns to the Neutral position.
The Neutral Latch (B) has two functions:
1. The engine will not start when the Neutral Latch is
pressed.
2. The Neutral Latch must be pressed when the
traction foot pedal is pressed or the traction pedal will
not operate the engine.
