OPERATION AND ADJUSTMENTS

• The pumps mounted to JACTO sprayers
have flow rate ranging from 38 to 300
liters per minute.
• The ceramic liners ensure greater resistance
to abrasion and agrochemicals’ action.

Chemical pump
JP-75 Pump
• Positioned between deposit and the
pump, the suction filter must retain all
and any type of impurity before any rea-
ches the backup pump.
• There is an accessible quick closing valve
(A) that prevents the flow of liquid during
the filter cleaning, change of filter ele-
ments or pump maintenance operations.
• The filter valve should always remain
open during the operation of the sprayer.
• Should it remain closed due to overhea-
ting, an abnormal noise on the pump will
indicate an operational flaw which could
damage the pump.
