Nozzle holder
• Clean the nozzle holders daily or when
necessary.
• The nozzle holders are assembled accord-
ing to the illustrations beside: cap (G), tip
(H), ring (I), coil (J), seat (K) and nozzle
body (L).

Problem Causes Corrections
Valve does not seal
a - Nut no.1 lacks tightening.
b - Impurities in the diaphragm
c - Diaphragm is ruptured.
d - Diaphragm rupture and
later product deposit.
a - Tighten nut no. 1.
b - Remove and clean the diaphragm.
c - Replace the diaphragm.
d - Replace the diaphragm and clean
the piston assembly.
