UMG 508
RS485
The RS485 interface is designed as a 9-pole
DSUB socket on the UMG508.
On this interface, the UMG508 supports the fol-
lowing selection of protocols:
• Modbus RTU
• Profibus DP V0 Slave
For connection, we recommend a 9-pin profibus
(modbus) plug e.g. the company Phoenix, type
„SUBCON-Plus-ProfiB/AX/SC“ with the article
number 2744380 (Janitza article no. 13.10.539).
