Firmware update
If the device is connected to a computer via the RS485 or
USB interface then the device firmware can be updated
via the GridVis software.
Select a suitable update file (menu Tools/Upgrade
device) and the device and the new firmware will be
transferred.

Device calibration
The devices are calibrated by the manufacturer at
the factory - it is not necessary to recalibrate the device
providing that the environmental conditions are complied
with.
Calibration intervals
It is recommended to have a new calibration carried out
by the manufacturer or an accredited laboratory every
five years (approx.).
