1. Mixer Drum Used to contain the feed
while it is cut and mixed by the vertical
augers.
2. Vertical Augers Used to mix the feed
within the mixer drum and to discharge the
feed through the unloading door(s).
3. Auger Knives Used to cut the feed
material as the augers rotate.
4. Speed/Direction Control Pedal
Depressing either side of the pedal will
cause the mixer to move forward or
reverse. The further down the pedal is
depressed, the faster the mixer will travel.
5. Reverse’ Arrow CutoutIndicates which
side of the control pedal to press to travel
in reverse.
6. ‘Forward’ Arrow Cutout Indicates which
side of the control pedal to press to travel
forwards.
7. Operator PlatformThe operator should
always be standing on the platform while
operating the mixer.
8. BatteryProvides power to the electric
engine starter, electronic scale system,

When auger is rotating, the foot safety switch
must be depressed before unloading door is
opened. If not, augers will stop rotating.
This switch works in conjunction with ‘23.

23. Door Safety SwitchEquipped on CE
units. When unloading door is opened, this
switch is activated. At this time,22. Foot
Safety Switch’ must be depressed or the
auger will stop rotating.
