NOTE Power supply cover is shown in the ‘down’ position for clarity
1. Mixer Drum Used to contain the feed
while it is cut and mixed by the vertical
augers.
2. Vertical Augers Used to mix the feed
within the mixer drum and to discharge the
feed through the unloading door.
3. Auger Knives Used to cut the feed
material as the augers rotate.
4. BatteryProvides power to the electric
engine starter, electronic scale system,
hydraulic oil cooler electric fan, hydraulic
valve solenoids, and auxiliary components
(if applicable).
5. Control Pendant Controls door opening
and auger on/off.
6. Hydraulic Oil Reservoir/Cap Remove
this cap to add oil. Glass level sight on the
side of the reservoir indicates proper oil
level range.
7. Electronic Scale Indicator Displays the
weight inside the drum.
8. Unloading Door Door can be opened to
allow feed to be discharged.
9. Tie-Down Brackets
Used to secure
mixer to transport vehicle.
10. Fuel Tank/CapRemove this cap to add
fuel.
11. Engine Start Key
12. Engine Oil Dipstick
13. Engine Choke
14. Engine Throttle ControlTo increase
engine speed, push throttle lever upward.
To decrease engine speed, push throttle
lever downward.

Hydraulic Oil Cooler Electric Fan
Override Normally, fan is activated by
internal temperature switch. However,
while the override button is pressed in the
fan will run (with engine on). Test daily
before feeding to make sure cooler fan is
functioning.
