Using The Integrated Tire Compressor For Inflating:
NOTE:
To prevent battery discharge, it is recommended to
have the engine running while using the tire
compressor.
1. Uncoil the air hose and then remove the cap from
the fitting at the end of the hose.
2. Ensure the inflate/deflate valve knob on the air
hose is in the “CLOSE” position, so that the air does
not escape through the valve.
3. Remove the cap from the tire valve stem and then
screw the fitting at the end of the air hose onto the
tire valve stem ( be careful not to cross thread).
4. Rotate the pressure gauge bezel to the desired
pressure.
5. Push the tire compressor power switch to turn com-
pressor on. When the desired pressure is reached,
the compressor will automatically shut off.
6. Periodically, move the inflate/deflate valve knob on
the air hose to the “CLOSE” position and observe
the gauge pressure. Open the valve and continue, if
needed, until the desired pressure is reached.
7. If pressure adjustment is needed, turn the adjust-
able pressure gauge bezel to the desired pressure
and restart the compressor.
8. When changing to next tire, make sure that the
valve knob is in “CLOSE” position, unscrew the valve
stem connector and move to next hose.
9. When inflating is finished, simply disconnect the air
compressor hose from the tire valve stem and care-
fully place back in the storage bin. Be sure the com-
pressor is off.
NOTE:
The compressor has a temperature protection feature.
If the compressor cuts off after extended use, or in hot
conditions, simply allow it time to cool down and
restart.
