JOHNSON CONTROLS
FORM 145.05-NOM1 (708)
MENU ITEM DEFINITION
POA DX PRS DROP This item is used to program the minimum pressure drop across the coil that will
allow unit operation. (FlexSys unit operation).
PUMP OUT This item is used to force the binary output to the condenser water pump to ON.
PUMP OUTPUT This is the status of the digital output to the condenser water pump.
RETURN AIR TEMP The temperature of the air in the return air duct, or return air entering the unit.
SAFE INPUT This is the status of the external safety shutdown input, ON equals normal op-
eration, OFF equals shutdown.
SLAB TEMP This is the temperature of the slab under the raised floor (FlexSys units only).
SP CALC METHOD When “# of SP Sensors” is set to 2 this determines the method the Unit Control
uses to calculate the duct static it uses for control. A setting of 1 uses the higher
of the two duct static inputs. A setting of 2 uses the average of the two duct static
inputs. A setting of 3 uses the lower of the two duct static inputs.
STARTING This is the Status Screen display when the unit is in transition between the OFF-
NORMAL and ON-NORMAL.
STATIC VALUE This item is used to select the type of duct static control when two supply duct
static pressure transducers are used. LOW, AVERAGE, or HIGH can be se-
lected.
SUPPLY AIR DEW This is a derived value based on the supply air temperature and humidity level
(FlexSys units only).
SUPPLY AIR HUM This is the humidity level of the supply air leaving the unit (FlexSys units only).
SUPPLY AIR TEMP This is the temperature of the supply air leaving the unit.
UNIT ENABLE This is another method to place the unit in the ON mode. As long as this param-
eter is turned on and the unit rotary switch is in the AUTO or ON position the
unit will remain in the ON state.
VAV BOX OUTPUT This gives the status of the output that can be used to drive the VAV boxes open
during start up. During stat up this contact remains closed until the airflow
switch closes.
VAV FAN This item is used to force the binary output to the VAV fan to ON.
VAV FAN ENABLE This gives the status of the digital output for a variable air volume fan.
VFD MOD This is the analog output to the supply fan VFD.
VFD SP % BY BAS This item identifies the supply fan speed being sent by a BAS system (FlexSys
units only).
VFD SPEED This item is used to force an analog output to the supply fan VFD.
WATER ECON EN This item is used to enable or disable water side economizer.
