Removal
Remove the motor cover.
Remove the recoil starter. Refer to MANUAL
STARTER on p. 139.
Turn the fuel cock lever to the “OFF” position.
Remove the fuel hose from the fuel cock.
Remove the fuel tank.
Loosen the connecting screw and remove the fuel
cock from the fuel tank.
Inspection
Check the filter. If clogged, or damaged is found,
clean the filter, or replace the fuel cock.
Inspect the fuel cock. If leakage, deterioration, or
other damage is found, replace the assembly.
