7.2 Replacing the Hydraulic Oil (AMX)
Draining the oil:
Fork must be in lowered position.
Tilt pallet truck to the side and remove tank stopper.
The oil now flows out of the filling hole.
Filling the oil:
Align pallet truck again and add about 0,7 litres of hydraulic oil.
The oil must be level with the opening.
Close opening with tank stopper.
Pump up the forks fully.
7.3 Replacing the Hydraulic Oil (AMX-E)
Draining the oil:
Fork must be in lowered position.
Remove the eight clamps from the oil
container and remove the oil container.
Empty the oil container and clean the oil
container and filter.
Filling the oil:
Refit the oil container and fasten with the
eight clamps.
Add approx. 1.0 l hydraulic oil.
The oil must be level with the (1) opening.
Close opening with tank stopper.
Raise the forks fully.
