3.4 Quad HD Decoder Board
The Quad HD Decoder board allows SD/HD encoded stream sources to be
brought into the system. The Quad HD Decoder board is a dedicated
hardware decoder that can decode four simultaneous SD/HD streams in
various encoded formats and transport method.
The Quad HD Decoder board consists of 4 RJ45 Ethernet connectors and
connection to the baseboard is a 4-lane Gen1 PCI Express. This board can
generate up to four windows on the wall, using one or more inputs, with
independent scaling possible on each window.
