2. Double-click the Local Area Connection icon to bring up the
dialog shown below.

3. Click the Properties button to get to the dialog shown in the
following graphic.
4. Under the General tab, select Internet Protocol Version 4 (TCP/
IPv4) to highlight it as shown below. Then click the Properties
button.
