Fault messages
No Status text Status description Trouble-shooting
1 NO_COMM No communication
between operating
unit and control unit.
Check the connection
between the operating
unit and the control
unit. If the fault
persists, contact
the service staff.
2 EMERGENCY_
OFF
The excess-temperature
switch has triggered.
Check the air-intake/air-
discharge system. Let
the sunbed cool down
and acknowledge the
message by pressing
the START button. If the
fault persists, contact
the service staff.
3 VERSION_
MISSMATCH
Software versions of
operating unit and control
unit are incompatible.
Contact the
service staff.
4 TOUCH Touch controller reports a
fault (e.g. dirty keypad).
Check the keypad
and clean it, if
necessary. If the
fault persists, contact
the service staff.
5 MAX_TIME_
EXCEEDED
Coin-box signal active
for longer than Max.
Time (voltage is applied)
Disconnect the coin box
and acknowledge the
message by pressing
the START button.
