Liquid can not be compressed easily, so the power can be
transfer through it.
Master cylinder
When the brake handle is compressed, the lever plug of master
cylinder will move in the compressed direction, when rubber bowl A
go through compensation hole, the lever plug will begin to push the
brake liquid in master cylinder, compressed liquid will be transferred
to brake cylinder through the brake pipe. The lever plug will come
back under the rebound effect of taper spring when the brake handle
is not compressed
The construction of disc brake is “double plug and double brake
cylinder, brake cylinder connect with director directly. When oil plug
push the brake disc under the effect of oil preasure, then push brake
shoe against brake disc, make brake shoe connect surface of brake
disc closely, the brake force will be produce under rubbing power,
which make speed come down then stop motorcycle.
After loosen the brake handle, oil plug come back under the effect of
spring from seal ring, at the same time brake disc will bump brake
shoe in both sides when the wheels go, which make brake shoe come
back( details seen to draft below)。
