Overhaul of rear hydraulic brake
Instrutions：
1．Don’t touch the brake liqucd directly.
2．Once brake liqucd splashescnto eyes, wash them
by cold water and see the doctor.
3．Don’t let brake liqucd splashes on the part painted ,
otherwise it will cause the drop of paint.Use wet cloth
clean it as soon as splashes.
4．Don’t wash the spare parts of disc brakeer by
mine oil. For example; kerosene gasoline and
diesel oil. Use ecnused brake oil to wash them.
5. Don’t use mine oil or lubrecative oil lubricatethe spare
parts inside the disc brakeer.
6．Because brake oil is easy to absorb the steam in the air
change it every year to keep it work normally.
7．It must be intalled again after disassemblement.
8．Clean the rub sheet by cloth is forbidden.
9．Because the hard solid from he paper may destroy the
disc.
10.Oil seal,bowl of piston and seal washer must be new 。
Disassemble of the oil pump：
1． Disassemble of shaft of rear disc brakeer.
2． Disassemble the dust seal of piston.
3． Disassemble clip of hole.
4． Disassemble the psiton comp.
Assemble the oil pump comp opposite to the process
of the disassemble.
Instructions：Lubricate the surface of bowel of the piston
by brake oil, then iassemble it into the hole of oil pump
body.
Disassemble of brake cylinder：
Draw out the brake oil carfully with the outtake valve
brake cylinder in a container.
(1)Disassemble the oil outtake bolt and seal washer.
(2)Take off the brake cylinder, put the outtake valve into a
containers, then draw out the brake oil in the brake
cylinder carfully.
(3)Disassemble the bolt,brake cylinder comp, brake shoe,
spring sheet of the brake shoe.
(4)Disassemble the oil piston, dust seal of the oil
piston,squre seal ring.
Steps of the assembly are following：
Bellow compressed air into the brake cylinder at the ①
opening of the interface, push the oil piston out of the
brake cylinder. Don’t try to pry the oil seal to avoid the
damage of the surface of the oil piston. Use a cloth to
cover the oil piston to avoid the oil piston is damged
when it jumps out.
Disassemble the oil piston seal and dust seal.②
Instruction:Make sure the surface of the notes inside
the brake cylinder is not damaged. When you
disassembly the oil piston seal.
Instruction:Lubricate the oil piston dust seat with brake
oil, the press the oil piston into the brake cylinder.
Assemble the brake cylinder opposite to the process of the
disassembly.
Instructions：Lubricate the surface of bowel of the piston
by brake oil, then iassemble it into the hole of brake
cylinder body.
Steps of outtake the air：
1．Add appropriate brake oil into the oil cup.
2．Assemble the washer of the oil cup. Be careful to avoid
the oil splashe out or overflow the cup.
3．Connect the air outtake valve of the brake cylinder with
clean plastic cylinder, put the other side of the cylinder
into a container.
4．Start the braker slowly for several times. Pull the braker
back and keep it in a appropriate position。
5．Relax the air outtake valve and the braker go to the
limit.
6．When the braker goes to the limit, eight the air outtake
valve, the relax the braker.
7．Repeat the step 4 and 6, until there is no bubble in one
system。
8．Add the brake oil to a appropriate level.
