It is very important to do thoroughly inspection before delivery. Please perform the procedure and feedback the
information to dealer。
1. clear of the outer of vehicle with med scour and soft brush, and the rinse it dry by compressed air. Rinse the
painted cover and wipe up with fur of soft cloth.(prohibit using soap, bleaching powder and over pressure to wash
the vehicle)
2. check the painted light. Glaze for the painted pieces if necessary.。
3. check the degree of tightness for the outer bolts and nuts, including the carburator, the cylinder head cover, the
fixing bolt of engine and the front and rear wheel and axle.
4. after the engine warm-up，
5. check the fuel of engine, add when be short of.
6. inspect the pressure of tire and rectify it.
7. set the battery.
8. inspect the spark plug clearance, and adjust it.
9. check the whole electric system and the control switch.
10. check the switchs of throttle cable and feul tank.
11. check and adjust the engine’s rotate speed when necessary.
12. inspect whether the front and rear brakeer’s swim are in good conditiong and adjust them in demand.
13. inspect the function of the front and rear shock.
14. check the drive chain, adjust and lubricate in demand.
15. trail driving
16. inspect if the oil or gas is leaked, recitify in demand
17. check the work condition of locks
18. check and adjust the head light
