Tools Required
• Torque screwdriver, TORX T20
Removal Procedure
Refer to Figure 6-15 for this procedure.
Step 1. Remove the 3/4 Rack Module Top as described in “3/4 Rack Module Top
Replacement” on page 73.
Step 2. Disconnect the Front USB Cable (item 1) from PCA E4980 USB.
Step 3. Remove the two TORX T20 screws (item 2) fastening the PCA E4980 USB and
the ground cable.
Step 4. Remove the PCA E4980 USB (item 3) from the Front Panel Assembly.
Replacement Procedure
Step 1. Reverse the order of the removal procedure.

When you fasten the PCA E4980 USB and the ground cable with the two
TORX T20 screws, set screwdriver's torque to 14 in-lb.
