Required Adjustment after Replacing Assembly
After replacing the following assembly, the adjustment items described in
Table 3-1 are required. The adjustment must be performed by Keysight’s
qualified service personnel. If you need the adjustment for your E4980A/
E4980AL, it should be sent to the nearest Keysight Technologies service office.
Writing ID
This item writes the serial number, option information into the A1 board of the
E4980A/ E4980AL.
Write Null Phase Track Default Data
The purpose of this procedure is to write the null phase track default data into
A2 board
Null DC Offset Adjustment
The purpose of this procedure is to adjust the null DC offset of the A2 board.
Null ADC DC Offset Adjustment
The purpose of this procedure is to adjust the null ADC DC offset of the A2
board.
ADC Linearity Adjustment
The purpose of this procedure is to adjust ADC non-linearity of the A2 board.
