2 Basic Setup for M8050A
Computer Hardware and Software Requirements
The following are the hardware and software requirements that should be
met on the host computer before the installation of software components
on this computer:
Hardware requirements
• Pentium® processor 1 GHz or equivalent
• 16 GB available RAM
• USB 2.0 (Mini-B) recommended
• PCIe 2.0/8x (only for highest data throughput and desktop PC)
• VGA resolution 1024 x 768
• 1.5 GB or more free hard disc space
Software requirements
• Windows 10 (64 bit) operating system
• Keysight I/O libraries version 17.1
To connect via USB
If you are planning to use USB connectivity between the M9505A AXIe
Chassis and host computer, then you can use a laptop or desktop
computer with USB 2.0 or 3.0 support as the host computer.

The M8070B software is required to control the M8050A modules.
