For multi-channel instruments, set RF Out (all) to On.

On the Signal Analyzer:
FREQuency:CENTer 6GHZ
FREQuency:SPAN 500KHZ
BANDwidth 100 Hz
CALCulate:MARKer1:MODE DELTa
CALCulate:MARKer1:MAXimum:RIGHt
Repeat the above command until the marker is at the next highest peak.
To retrieve the delta marker:
CALCulate:MARKer1:Y?
