MODE?
Queries the timer setting, the lower cutoff current setting, the voltage mode setting,
and the voltage range setting.
Response
Returned as in the example below.

MEASURE? (MEAS?)
Queries the measured value of the tester.
Response
The response varies when the test is in progress and when it is not.
• When the test is in progress
Returns the measured voltage, measured current, and actual test time.
• When the test is not in progress
Returns the result of the previous test as follows:
Returns the maximum measured voltage, maximum measured current,
actual test time, and status (any of the following).

TMODE (TMOD)

the tester is power cycled.
