Why does my Kinze 3600 Lawn and Garden Equipment have frequent fuse burnout?
    • K
      Kelly RussoSep 13, 2025
If you're experiencing frequent fuse burnouts with your Kinze Lawn and Garden Equipment, it could be due to low voltage (12 volts required). Check the power source voltage for a partially discharged battery, etc. Alternatively, there may be damage to the wiring harness, in which case you should repair or replace the harness.

How to prevent frequent solenoid burnout in Kinze 3600?
    • S
      Shannon GomezSep 12, 2025
If you're experiencing frequent solenoid burnouts with your Kinze Lawn and Garden Equipment, it might be due to fuses that are too large. Replace the fuses on the front panel with 10 amp slow blow fuses.

What to do if one section of Kinze Lawn and Garden Equipment planter will not re-engage?
    • R
      robert65Sep 12, 2025
If one section of your Kinze Lawn and Garden Equipment planter will not re-engage, the shear pin at the seed drive transmission(s) may have sheared. Replace the pin with one of equal size and grade.

How to fix seed not traveling through delivery tubes in Kinze 3600?
    • M
      Megan MontoyaSep 12, 2025
If the seed does not travel through the delivery tubes in your Kinze Lawn and Garden Equipment, it is possible that the system pressure is set too low. Try increasing the system pressure.

Why does right wing raise faster than left wing on Kinze Lawn and Garden Equipment?
    • C
      Catherine DavisSep 9, 2025
If the right wing of your Kinze Lawn and Garden Equipment raises faster than the left wing, it's likely that the master cylinder, located on the front side of the center post, is leaking internally. To resolve this, repair the master cylinder.

Why does the left wing raise faster than the right wing on my Kinze Lawn and Garden Equipment?
    • C
      Corey HallSep 8, 2025
If the left wing of your Kinze Lawn and Garden Equipment raises faster than the right wing, it's likely that the master cylinder, located on the rear side of the center post, is leaking internally. To fix this, you'll need to repair the master cylinder.

Why are the closing wheels on my Kinze 3600 not firming soil around seed?
    • D
      Dana MyersAug 23, 2025
If the closing wheel(s) on your Kinze Lawn and Garden Equipment are not firming the soil around the seed, it could be due to not enough closing wheel down pressure. Adjust the closing wheel pressure to ensure proper soil firming. In severe no-till conditions, consider using cast iron closing wheels.

Why does center frame continue to raise after wing cylinders reach full stroke on Kinze 3600?
    • S
      Stephanie PaulSep 7, 2025
If the center frame of your Kinze Lawn and Garden Equipment continues to raise after the wing cylinders have reached full stroke when going to the raised field position, the solenoid valve in port V16 may be leaking. Replace the solenoid valve cartridge to resolve this issue.

What to do if center frame raises, but wings do not on Kinze 3600?
    • W
      William FieldsSep 6, 2025
If the center frame of your Kinze Lawn and Garden Equipment raises, but the wings do not, the planter hydraulic circuit may be out of phase. To resolve this, hold the hydraulic control in the lowering position to give the hydraulic circuit more time to rephase. If that doesn't work, replace the solenoid valve cartridge.
  • R
    Rose LeeSep 5, 2025
Why is the right wing lowering slower than center frame on my Kinze Lawn and Garden Equipment?
    • T
      tinaclarkSep 5, 2025
If the right wing of your Kinze Lawn and Garden Equipment is lowering slower than the center frame and left wing, it could be due to a check valve in port V15 leaking internally. Remove the check valve in port V15 and inspect it for foreign material, removing any if found. Replace the check valve. If the issue persists, switch the check valve in port V15 with the check valve in port V17. If the problem moves to the left wing, replace the defective check valve.
