• If found, loosen all engine mounting nuts with use of 19 mm spanner.
• To adjust specified tension, move engine front or rear with the help of adjusting studs to achieve
r
equired tension and tighten engine mounting nuts.
Caution:
Check transmission belt tension periodically to get better performance of machine and better life of belts.
8.2 Clutch Adjustment and Setting
• Keep/shift Clutch & Brake Lever (CBL) in engage position.
• Check clearance between clutch finger and clutch release bearing by use of feeler gauge.
• Maintain 0.2 to 0.3mm max clearance between clutch finger and clutch release bearing, by adjusting
c
lutch finger lock nut.
• Clutch finger never be loaded while the clutch is engaged
