Pour recommended, new engine oil into the engine over engine oil filler cap. Use funnel to avoid oil
spilling.
• Reinstall oil filler cap & tighten.
• Check and ensure, whether engine oil level is correct, by inserting oil dipstick.
• After completing the process, start engine for 2-3 minutes for compete oil circulations.
9.5 Engine Cooling System
9.5.1 Engine cooling fins cleaning procedure
• Remove side fins inspection cover.
• Check for any dust or fragments accumulation on cooling fins.
• Use hand operated hand pump or low pressure air to clean cooling fins.
• Reinstall cooling fins inspection cover.

.5.2 Engine cooling water level check & top up procedure
• Step 1 - Open radiator cap and pour coolant/ soft water in radiator when engine is cold.
• Step 2 - Start engine and keep it running for 5 minutes.
• Step 3 – Switch off engine and wait till engine cools down. Open radiator cap and top up coolant/
